Agisoft Metashape

When capturing images for shape and texture reconstruction, a standard photogrammetry workflow can be employed (once the photographs are acquired). This section details our own practices in the PARSEC lab where we prefer the software Agisoft Metashape. We will describe processes that match the data PARSEC tends to generate and well as document the basic flow through the software and tips to fix problematic results.
